Internet task, Sept. -02

1.     Go to the following address:

www.ntnu.no/videre/omstart

2.     Click Engelsk, then Photos and Pictures.

3.     Now that you have come to the correct page, click on the picture called Crowd, to make it larger.

4.     Have a close look at the picture. Here you can see a crowd. Try to find out what the word means. Tips: Use the dictionary you can find at Huseby's homepage (http://www.huseby.gs.st.no/lenker/lenker.htm). Tell me, very secretly, what the word means! (10 minutes)

5.     Pick out two persons from the picture, and describe them as detailed as you can. Make sure that you use a lot of adjectives in your descriptions. Use the digital dictionary if you need help with the words. Start the descriptions like this. He is.... / She is....... Use AppleWorks or Word for this work. (15 minutes)

6.     Read your descriptions for the rest of the group, who will try to guess whom of the persons you have described. (15 minutes).
